LEGAL
Privacy policy
Last updated: 31 August 2026
1. Scope and controller contact
This policy covers the CALVENOR online store. We trade and communicate online only. Send privacy requests to concierge@calvenor.us.com.
2. Data we collect
For orders, we collect name, email, telephone, delivery address, purchased items, size/colour selections and order notes. For inquiries, we collect the contact details and messages you submit. For newsletters, we record your email and consent time. Card details are entered directly with Stripe or PayPal; this site does not receive or store full card numbers.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process order, payment-confirmation, production, delivery and support data to perform a contract; inquiries to respond to your request; marketing after consent; and security, fraud prevention and fault diagnosis for our legitimate interests.
4. Providers and international transfers
Our hosting and database provider processes site data; Stripe or PayPal processes your chosen payment; when configured, order and inventory data may sync with Miaoshou ERP; carriers receive only delivery information. These providers may process data outside your country subject to appropriate transfer safeguards.
5. Retention
Order and transaction records are kept as required for tax, accounting and dispute handling. Support messages, subscriptions and preferences are deleted or anonymised when no longer needed, after consent withdrawal or a valid deletion request, except where law requires retention.
6. Cookies and local storage
Essential local storage supports the bag, language, favorites, device-only addresses, web conversation and cookie choice. Non-essential analytics or advertising technology may run only after consent and actual configuration. You may reject non-essential cookies.
7. Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to certain processing and withdraw consent. Email concierge@calvenor.us.com; identity verification may be required. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
8. Changes
We update this policy when services or legal requirements change. The date above shows the latest revision; material changes will be communicated appropriately.
